These people were awesome! I was on my way to buy from Mitsubishi in Orange Park but felt like I wasn't getting the car I really wanted. From the start Aydin at Beaver took steps to ensure I got the best deal coming in lower than the other dealership AND matching all my requests. I felt heard, the team killed it behind the scenes (thanks again to Cameron, Taylor, and Rob) and they were super accommodating. Aydin's dad was also great (forgot his name- all business, strong accent lol) was also great. Super convincing in trying to sell me the extended warranty for the digital stuff- had I not been ready to go because it was late and tired I would have considered it more to be honest. He did his best to work with me to cut me a deal there too. Great team, glad I made the drive, highly recommend. 10/10 would buy from them again.

BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE! I've bought 3 cars prior. JAELIN VALLADARES the Guest Experience MANAGER is a no nonsense straight to the point master negotiator. He sent me a video of the car and walk through of it without me asking as his introduction. You think I went all week or days going back and forth? Nope, He Texted the OTD, I Tweeked the Deal and BOOM within 10 min DONE DEAL that made sense for both! Finalized by Closing Time. I only spent Hr tops reviewing car in person, taking pics of my son as it was his graduation gift, paperwork etc. He should be a trainer to all CARS SALES FORCE. PLEASE do yourself a favor and ask for Jaelin you won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've had. Jim was my salesman. He wasn't pushy or tried to oversell the truck. He made the process easy. The team there made me feel welcomed the entire time. Would highly recommend. Just because I read the 2 bad reviews about this place I would like to add i didn't know anyone there before I bought my truck. I live in Orlando and drove to st Augustine after speaking with Jim on the phone.

I went to get a kia soul for my girlfriend. And this salesman Eric. Was amazing let me tell u. He went above and beyond for us. When I got my Nissan it took several days. But he did it in a day and he was so sweet and kind. The hardest and happiest salesman. Blows everyone out of the water and has premier customer service. I wish more people could come down to kia and see amazing staff and amazing sweethearts down here .

Clean Dealership, lots of fun things going on for the kids went to a car show there and it seemed really well organized. Rob Madonna was very friendly and helpful. Explained that Mitsubishi options for sale. Plenty of parking service bays were exceptionally clean.
